BAR RISTORANTE LE CIME - ALBERGO SUSSY
Importante struttura ristorativa e alberghiera situata nelle Dolomiti (Comune di Falcade), dichiarate dall’Unesco “patrimonio mondiale dell’umanità”, in prossimità del Passo Valles, al confine fra Veneto e Trentino.
La struttura è localizzata nel Pian della Sussistenza (m. 1850 slm), alla partenza di una seggiovia della Ski area “San Pellegrino” del Dolomiti Supersky e a fianco di un grande parcheggio a cui si accede dalla strada – molto frequentata - che collega, attraverso il Passo Valles, l’agordino e la Val Biois alla val di Fiemme e al Primiero, con splendide viste verso il versante nord delle Pale di San Martino di Castrozza (in particolare il monte Mulaz) e del gruppo del Focobon, del monte Civetta e del monte Pelmo.
A fianco della struttura sorge un residence con 65 appartamenti, che possono utilizzare i servizi del bar, del ristorante, della taverna e del centro benessere.
Il complesso immobiliare di proprietà, realizzato seguendo il declivio della montagna, si sviluppa su più piani ed è così composto:
A) BAR – RISTORANTE – EX ALBERGO
- bar, snack e ristorante (fino a 180 coperti);
- terrazza di proprietà (910 mq), con spettacolare vista sulle montagne, oltre al prato antistante condominiale verso la partenza della seggiovia;
- seconda terrazza di proprietà, utilizzata per l’ingresso al bar ristorante;
- camere ai piani superiori, già utilizzate per attività alberghiera ed ora utilizzate per il personale di servizio;
- taverna (con vista sulle montagne) e ski room a servizio del residence, magazzini a servizio del ristorante e servizi igienici, al piano sottostante;
- per complessivi 1.793 mq commerciali.
B) PALESTRA – CENTRO BENESSERE
- palestra e centro benessere a servizio del residence, al secondo piano sottostante al bar ristorante;
- per complessivi 210 mq commerciali.
C) LOCALI DI SERVIZIO
- ex biglietteria ed ex cabina elettrica al piano del bar – ristorante e magazzino nel piano sottostante;
- per complessivi 25 mq commerciali.
La società è autorizzata alla somministrazione di alimenti e bevande.
La struttura risulta un ottimo punto di appoggio sia per le vacanze invernali, per l’ubicazione sulle piste da sci dalla Ski Area San Pellegrino, che estive, per la centralità rispetto a vari itinerari escursionistici e di mountain bike e per la vicinanza con il Parco Naturale del Paneveggio e delle Pale di San Martino di Castrozza.

Important restaurant and hotel facility located in the Dolomites (Municipality of Falcade), UNESCO World Heritage Site, near Passo Valles, on the border between Veneto and Trentino.
The facility is located in Pian della Sussistenza (1850 m asl), at the start of a chair lift of the "San Pellegrino" Ski area of the Dolomiti Supersky. It is next to a large car park which can be accessed from the road that connects, through Passo Valles, the agordino and Val Biois to Val di Fiemme and Primiero.
From the facility you can enjoy beautiful views towards the north side of the Pale di San Martino di Castrozza (in particular the Mount Mulaz) and the Focobon group, Mount Civetta and Mount Pelmo.
Next to the hotel there is a residence with 65 apartments, which use the services of the bar, the restaurant, the tavern and the wellness centre.
The building, which follows the slope of the mountain, is spread over several floors and is so composed as follows:
A) BAR – RESTAURANT – FORMER HOTEL
- bar, snack and restaurant (up to 180 seats);
- terrace (910 mq) with spectacular view on the mountains, and front lawn towards the departure of the chairlift;
- second terrace, with service room, used for entry to the restaurant bar;
- rooms on the upper floors, once used for hotel activities and now used for service personnel;
- tavern (with views of the mountains) and ski room serving the residence, warehouses and toilets serving the restaurant;
- totalling 1.793 commercial sqm.
B) GYM – WELLNESS CENTRE
- wellness centre and warehouses serving the residence, at the second floor below the bar-restaurant;
- totalling 210 commercial sqm.
C) SERVICE ROOMS
- former box office and ex electric cabin on the floor of the bar – restaurant, and warehouse on the floor below;
- totalling 25 commercial sqm.
The facility is in use during both the winter holidays, for the location on the ski slopes, and the summer, for the centrality with respect to various hiking and mountain bike itineraries and for its proximity to the Paneveggio Natural Park and to the Pale di San Martino di Castrozza.
